In Minnesota, it is legal to possess medical cannabis with a valid medical cannabis card issued by the Minnesota Department of Health. To obtain a card, you must be diagnosed with a qualifying medical condition, such as cancer, AIDS, glaucoma, Crohn’s Disease, Tourette’s Syndrome, intractable pain, post-traumatic stress disorder, or any other health condition that your physician believes may be helped with medical cannabis. Nevada
To obtain a medical cannabis card in Nevada, patients must be at 18 years old and have a valid, written certification from a physician licensed in Nevada stating that the patient has been diagnosed with a debilitating medical condition that qualifies for the use of medical cannabis. Patients can then register with the Nevada Medical Marijuana Program (NMMP) and submit valid proof of identity to receive a medical cannabis card. In Nevada, it is legal for patients with a valid medical cannabis card to possess up to two and one-half ounces of cannabis during any fourteen-day period. Caregivers are also permitted to possess up to two and one-half ounces of cannabis for the patients in their care. Records of the purchases must be kept for two years. New Mexico
In New Mexico, a medical cannabis card may be obtained with a recommendation from a physician who is licensed to practice in New Mexico. Oklahoma
To obtain a medical cannabis card in Oklahoma, you must be over 18, have an Oklahoma–issued driver’s license or state–issued photo ID, and be diagnosed with a qualifying medical condition. Oklahoma medical cannabis possession laws allow patients with a medical cannabis card to possess up to 8 ounces of marijuana, unless their physician has recommended a higher limit. It is illegal to possess, cultivate, or transport more than this amount. New York

You must also submit a copy of your ID and proof of residency in New York. The laws concerning medical cannabis possession in New York vary depending on the card type. North Dakota
