Legalization of Medical Marijuana in GeorgiaGeorgia
Georgia’s medical cannabis program is more limited compared to some other states. The law permits registered patients to possess up to 20 fluid ounces of low THC oil, which must contain no more than 5% THC and at least an equal amount of CBD. However, the cultivation, sale, or possession of marijuana in plant or leaf form remains illegal.
