Illinois

Iowa
In May 2017, Iowa legalized medical cannabis products containing CBD and THC, like oils and capsules. Louisiana

Maine
In 1999, Maine allowed medical marijuana but had no legal distribution mechanism. The Maine Medical Marijuana Act was passed in November 2009 to address these issues. Maryland
Starting July 1, 2023, individuals 21 years and older will be permitted to possess and consume a limit of 1.5 ounces of cannabis, 12 grams of concentrated cannabis, or an equivalent amount of cannabis products with a total THC content not exceeding 750 mg. Michigan
